Jesus Christ said that the harvest truly is great; but the labourers are few (Luke 10:2).

There is a harvest, which is to be gathered; and there are hard workers needed to gather that harvest for the Lord of the harvest. We believe it is a duty binding upon all believers to spend their lives and resources in seeking to win the lost to the Lord Jesus Christ; and that it is an unprofitable servant who does not undertake that work with all his strength and resolution

(Luke 21:28-32, 2 Cor. 12:15, Mark 16:15).

Many go to church but sit idle in Zion (Amos 6:1-7) believing they are not called to make any efforts to win the lost. William Booth answered them with this statement: ‘Not called!’ did you say? “’Not heard the call,’ I think you should say. Put your ear down to the Bible, and hear him bid you go; and pull sinners out of the fire of sin. Put your ear down to the burdened, agonizing heart of humanity, and listen to the pitiful wail for help. Go stand by the gates of hell and hear the damned entreat you to go to their father’s house; and bid their brothers and sisters, and servants and masters not to come there. And then look Christ in the face, whose mercy you have professed to obey, and tell him whether you will join heart and soul and body and circumstances in the march to publish his mercy to the world.”

Men are exceedingly active in pursuing their own desires, chasing their own dreams and seeking their own interests; but in the service of Jesus, in seeking souls for Him who came to earth to seek them they are idle (Mat 20:6-8), they do not stir and aren’t interested in spiritual things (1Cor. 2:14-115).

We desire to change that and inspire and exhort every man and woman that professes the name of Jesus to spend their lives striving to win souls.

Following the direction given us by the word of God, we go into the vineyard and gather fruit for the Lord (Mt. 21:28).

We invite all those, who will hear, to the marriage supper of the Lamb (Mat. 22:9).

We seek the lost sheep that are wandering in dangerous wildernesses (Luke 15:4).

We seek the Lord of Glory’s lost children, knowing that those who win souls are wise (Prov. 11:30) and that the sufferings of this age are not worthy to be compared to the glories that will be revealed to us (Rom. 8:18). We seek to motivate and equip our members to go into all the world and make disciples, teaching them to obey all things He has commanded us (Mat. 28:20). ‘The harvest is great, the labourers are few; the loiterers and hinderers are many; the souls of men are precious; the misery of sinners is great; and the everlasting misery to which they are near is greater; the joys of heaven are inconceivable; the comfort of a faithful minister is not small; the joy of extensive success will be a full reward.To be fellow-workers with God and his Spirit is no little honour; to be subservient to the shed blood of Christ for men’s salvation, is not a light thing

To lead on the armies of Christ through the thickets of the enemy; to guide them safely through a dangerous wilderness; to steer the vessels through such storms and rocks and sands and shelves, and bring it safe to the harbour of rest, requires no small skill and diligence.’

Let us go to the vineyard and toil till the day is finished; and the light of eternal bliss shines upon us; and we enter those grand gates of glory and hear those blessed words:

‘Well done good and faithful servant; enter into the joy of your Lord’ (Mat. 25:21).
